WWE Night of the Champions was made officially a Smack Down brand in 2003 and then a RAW brand in 2004. The World Wrestling Entertainment was established in 1952. WWE Night of the Champions 2010 was held on September 19 th. The event was held in Rosemont, Illinois at “Allstate Arena”. The event consisted of seven matches and about 267,000 tickets were sold out. The major event of the night was WWE Championship feud between R andy Orton, Sheamus, John Cena, Edge, Chris Jericho and Wade Barrett . This Fatal Four-Way match was won by Wade Barrett. WWE Money in the Bank match was won by John Cena.
Many much anticipated matches will take place in WWE Night of the Champions 2011. Some of the major matches are already building up the atmosphere. The major match is going to be when Randy Orton will defend his Heavyweight Championship against Mark Henry. Other matches due are, “No Disqualification Match” between Triple H and CM Punk, WWE Championship match between John Cena and Alberto Del Rio, a Fatal Four-Way Championship match, Tag Team Championship between Even Bourne & Kofi Kingston VS. R-Truth and The Miz. Divas championship will be against Beth Phoenix and Kelly Kelly.
The atmosphere for Heavy Weight Championship in 2011’s WWE Night of the Champions has been developing with Mark Henry being real busy lately filling his “Hall of Pain” with his victims. The wrestlers already being placed in the list are The Big Show, Kane and Sheamus . The “World’s Strongest Man” Mark Henry has challenged the legend-killer Randy Orton in a fight for the Heavy Weight Championships. The fans are very much looking forward to this exciting match.
