Colorado Convention Center
Located between 14th Street and Speer Boulevard and between Champa Street and Welton Street - The Colorado Convention Center is a resourceful, versatile and a multi-use convention center in downtown Denver, Colorado.

Linked by a pedestrian bridge to Denver Performing Arts Complex and built over Stout Street, the total area of the convention center is 1.2 million sq. feet. Also beneath the building is the Regional Transportation District Light rail's Central Corridor. Currently D, F and H lines run on it. There is a stop on these lines; Convention Center/Performing Arts. It is diagonally located from Welton Street and from the historic Denver Athletic Club.

The convention center is the site of the Colorado State Spelling Bee, as well as most high school graduation ceremonies of Denver Public Schools.The Colorado Convention Center recently underwent a major extension. The expansion added 600,000 sq. feet of space along with the seating capacity of 5,200 concert hall.

Located in downtown Denver at 700 14th Street (the closest major intersection is Colfax Avenue and Speer Boulevard) the Colorado Convention Center has several entrances into the vicinity. The regular entrances are located off the 14th Street between Stout and California Street. A few directions from some major areas are instructed below.

From Denver International Airport
Go North on Terminal Return towards PENA Boulevard. Take PENA Boulevard to I-70 WEST. From I-70 West to I-25 SOUTH, take Speer Boulevard. South (EXIT 212A). Turn left at Stout Street. Once reached Stout Street, turn right on 14th Street and advance to the entrances located on 14th Street between Stout and California Street. The entrance to our parking garage is located on northbound Speer Boulevard between Stout Street and Champa Street.

From Boulder or Northern Colorado
From Boulder: Please take the US-36 East ramp to Denver or take I-25 SOUTH/I-76 WEST/US 87 SOUTH RAMP towards Denver. Merge onto I-25 SOUTH/US 87 SOUTH RAMP. Take I-25 SOUTH, take Speer Boulevard South (EXIT 212A). on your exit turn left at Stout Street from where you need to turn right on 14th Street and proceed to the facility entrances located on 14th Street between Stout and California Street. The entrance to our parking garage is located on northbound Speer Boulevard between Stout Street and Champa Street.

From Southern Colorado or the Denver Tech Center
First take I-25 NORTH then take the US-40/Colfax Ave East exit (exit number 210A). Merge onto Colfax Ave going towards East. Please keep to the left hand side since you are supposed to turn left at Kalamath Street. Kalamath Street turns to Stout St as it crosses over Speer Boulevard. From Stout Street, turn right on 14th Street and proceed to the facility entrances located on 14th Street between Stout and California Street. The entrance to our parking garage is located on northbound Speer Blvd. between Stout Street and Champa Street.

From West Metro Denver
Please Take I-70 East then merge onto I-25 South. Take I-25 South, to Speer Boulevard. South (EXIT 212A) Take Speer Boulevard South and turn left at Stout Street from where you will turn right on 14th Street and proceed to the entrances located on 14th Street between Stout and California Street. The entrance to our parking garage is located on northbound Speer Boulevard between Stout Street and Champa Street.
