Bismarck civic center is an event center for conferences, conventions, concerts and sporting events. With a seating capacity of 10000 it is one of the major event organizing centers in Bismarck. The Bismarck Civic Center is a multi-purpose arena and convention center in Bismarck, North Dakota. It is the home of the Dakota Wizards. The mission of the Bismarck Civic Center to the community and its guests is to provide diverse, distinct events with quality, professional services while progressively managing clean, safe, well-maintained, self-supporting facilities.

The Bismarck Civic Center has five parking lots. The Bis-Man Transit Board provides public transportation for people with special needs wishing to attend events at the Bismarck Civic Center. The arena has three (3) levels: Floor (used for concerts); 100 Level (blue seats); 200 Level (red and grey seats). Seating varies by event and not all areas may be available at all events. During the year, the Civic Center employs more than 400 individuals as door guards, ticket takers, parking attendants, concessionaires, box office staff, maintenance workers, and many other areas. Restrooms are located on each level of the arena and exhibit hall; signs direct you to the nearest restroom. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
