Loreena McKennitt was born on February 17, 1957. Loreena is a multi-talented Canadian singer, harpist, composer, and pianist. who is well known for recording, writing, and performing music with Celtic, New Age, and Middle Eastern themes.
Biography:
McKennitt was born in Morden, Manitoba, but moved to Stratford, Ontario in 1981. McKennitt’s first album, Elemental, was in 1985 and it won her global attention.
