The Canadian Grand Prix is a Formula One auto race held in Canada since 1967. It is also known in French as the Grand Prix du Canada. Mosport Park in Bowmanville, Ontario was the venue of the first Canadian Grand Prix.
It was alternated between Mosport and Mont Tremblant, Quebec until 1971 when safety concerns lead to the Grand Prix moving permanently to Mosport.
