From here onwards she went on to perform at various clubs around the cities of Los Angeles and New York City. Stephanie Miller has been pretty active on TV, Radio as well as in films. Early in her career she did small roles in various movies like General Hospital and View from the Top but her major breakthrough role was in the comedy film Just Write which was released in 1997. She primarily focuses on comedy genres like observational and Political Satire.
Initially Miller worked for a number of radio stations such as WLVL, WCMF, WCKG and WQHT. More success came to her when she was hired by the KFI Station in 1993. Major breakthrough success came to her when she was hired by Buena Vista Television to host her own comedy show which only a few women had done in the past. This program was called The Stephanie Miller Show . The show was discontinued after thirteen weeks. She kept on appearing on various TV and radio shows till 2004 when she again got an opportunity to host The Stephanie Miller Show but this time on Radio. She was hired by WYD Management and Democracy Radio. The show is regularly aired at 9 am in various cities such as Seattle, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco on weekdays.
