Just when I thought I wouldn't be able to get tickets for me and my girlfriend, a last minute check online brought me here! I just want to say I am just ecstatic about the fact that I could get tickets for a sold out event just a few hours before the show! Thanks to you guys, me and my girl could see Lady Gaga live!

Indian Wells Tickets Information

The Indian Wells Masters started off as the American Airlines Tennis Games in 1974. Only men’s singles tennis was initially played, incorporating men’s doubles two years later. By 1989, women’s tennis also started. The current format pits 96 players from a 128-player grid in each of the men’s and women’s draws, with 32 seeds getting second round byes. 32 doubles teams are also entered. Three sets are allocated/match in the knockout tournament. The winner receives a hefty cash prize ($3,465,000 for men’s and $4,500,000 for women’s) along with the trophy and 1000 ranking points, with runners-up getting 600, and so on. Alongside Key Biscayne, the tournament is the only other where the main draw extends beyond eight days.

Indian Wells lies in Riverside County in Coachella Valley, California. The small locality has a 4,958-strong population, lying 125 miles east of Los Angeles. The major landmark is the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, constructed in 2000 at the cost of $ 77 million by Rossetti Architects. The Stadium Court is the crown jewel, being the world’s second-largest tennis-specific facility behind Arthur Ashe Stadium, and can seat over 16,100 enthusiastic fans. The facility also has eleven match courts, six practice courts, and two Har-Tru clay courts.

The world’s largest bank and company by assets, French bank BNP Paribas, is the Title sponsor of the Indian Wells tournament since 2009. Other Premier sponsors include Emirates, Corona, Head, and Fila. Previous tournaments have been sponsored by the likes of American Airlines, Congoleum, Grand Marnier, Pilot Pen, Newsweek, Virginia Slims, State Farm Insurance, and Pacific Life. Interest increases manifold with the presence of virtually all of the tours’ marquee names, and it is the most attended tournament outside the Grand Slams, averaging 300,000 visitors per event. The fan base extends far and wide as players make it a priority to notch up wins in the tournament. Swiss master Roger Federer, and American Jimmy Connors all currently hold three men’s titles, while six women have two titles each.

The Indian Wells Masters has plenty to offer to make it a complete family experience. KJJZ 102.3 presents the Tennis Village, doubles champions Bryan Bros will show off their musical prowess in a gig, local designer Trina Turk will showcase her latest collections, while Emirates Fastest Serve and Racquet Contests will keep fans engrossed. And most of the all, the tennis action will be unrelenting for fans having booked their Indian Wells tickets.
